This is the second in our seminar series where we aim to bring opportunities to study silat and related arts, to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. We also hope to continue to bring in specialist teachers who can introduce you to new areas of study and who have a bedrock of values that are applicable to all walks of life.

Our first seminar featured Guru Paul Deans and an introduction to Serrada. This time we are pleased to have Kru Glen Hawman teaching Muay Thai. Glen is a highly experienced Muay Thai teacher and long time friend and student of Ajarn Paul Pearson. Glen is also a high level silat and kenpo practitioner as well as a qualified yoga teacher.

4-6.00 p.m. Muay Thai. Kru Glen Hawman. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
